Will Haslam

Expertise

Will is a corporate and commercial lawyer with a strong interest in commercial litigation, corporate transactions and insolvency. Before completing his university studies, he worked for a period as a law clerk, first at global, white shoe firm Quinn Emanuel before joining Blackwall in early 2020.  Will then commenced as a Law Graduate and was admitted to practice in 2021.

Recent work

In the course of his work, Will shares his time between Blackwall’s different practice groups.

His recent corporate and M&A experience includes advising on corporate governance matters such as directors’ duties, the due diligence requirements of acquisitions and drafting share sale agreements.

With the commercial team, Will has assisted with the preparation for trial requirements, provided administrators with advice regarding the sale of assets and various issues regarding the Personal Property Securities Act.
