Natasha practises in corporate and commercial law, predominantly in the areas of mergers and acquisitions, capital raisings, corporate advisory and commercial transactions.

Natasha has experience advising public and private companies across technology, mining and resources and industrial manufacturing sectors.  She has worked on a wide range of matters involving the Corporations Act 2001 and the Listing Rules of the ASX and NSX.

Before joining Blackwall in 2021, Natasha worked as a paralegal and law clerk at a number of international, national and Perth-based firms.

Recent work

Natasha’s most recent work includes assisting in advising:

• companies on their IPOs and listings on the ASX;
• ASX and NSX listed companies on capital raisings and regulatory compliance matters;
• companies and individuals on intellectual property protection and licensing;
• corporate groups on restructuring, including not-for-profit corporate groups; and
• companies and individuals on the incorporation and establishment of new companies.
